Robert Sanders (shown with his new computer system) wrote, "Thank you so much... it's enjoyable to use... I play games and keep up with family and friends. Again, thank you for all you give to the veterans."
HHV’s special projects division was established for veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 10% or greater as adjudicated by either VA or the Department of Defense. Eligible veterans will receive carefully selected products which have been determined by independent study to be both therapeutic and entertaining – at no cost to those veterans. The products are educational and/or activity-oriented in nature and represent a meaningful and welcome expression of care and appreciation by their fellow citizens.
Product distribution may be tailored to meet the individual needs of disabled veterans. For example, HHV may provide a personal computer with printer (voice-activated computers are available) to a combat-wounded disabled veteran whose injury/disability was rated at 50% or greater, provided the veteran is also a Purple Heart recipient. All such computers also include free shipping and setup, training, as well as training to assist disabled veterans. All of these products and services are absolutely free to qualifying veterans.
If you believe you are eligible for these benefits (or know of a veteran who might be), please complete the following application. The form may be filled electronically if opened with Adobe Reader. Simply click within any blank to type, print and forward it (along with supporting documents) to:
